How To Change Your Relationship With Food

Food isn’t “out to get you”, but unfortunately, sometimes we can convince ourselves that it is!

When it comes to nutrition, we encourage you to be a critical thinker and recognise that food is more than just nutrients and “fuel”. Food is cultural, spiritual, traditional, celebratory, and it brings people together with joy!

In reference to this infographic, there’s no doubt that some of us have been conditioned to jump to the conclusions on the left when we sit down to a meal which we perceive as “unhealthy”. However, in order to develop a long-term healthy relationship with food (which will undoubtedly improve quality of life), it’s inherent that we reframe our way of thinking to better reflect the thoughts on the right.
