Off-Season Coaching: Optimise your training, nutrition, and metabolism for success! Off-season coaching is designed to maximise muscle growth and improve your overall physique. This phase lays the foundation, ensuring you have the best starting point for future competition preparation.
Comp Prep Coaching: Designed for those preparing to step on stage, this service covers all aspects of a contest prep, including dietary manipulation, training adjustments, posing practice, peak week protocols, and show day support. We’ll work with you to achieve your ultimate stage-ready conditioning while prioritising your health and well-being.
initial consultation
Meet your coach to discuss essential topics such as nutrition, training history, and goal setting. Whether your focus is off-season improvements or competition preparation, this session will lay the foundation for a personalised plan tailored to your goals.

weekly check-ins
Check in with your coach weekly to provide updates on your progress. This is also your opportunity to ask detailed questions and receive tailored feedback.
We offer various methods for check-ins, depending on what best suits your schedule. During your initial consultation, you and your coach will determine the most suitable platform for your needs.
weekly training and nutrition updates
You’ll receive a customised training program designed to optimise volume, intensity, frequency, and exercise selection, ensuring you make continuous progress toward your goals. Programs are updated regularly to maximise your response to training and develop your physique, whether you're building muscle in the off-season or fine-tuning for the stage.
Nutritional support is tailored to your lifestyle and goals. Our dietitian-led coaching ensures you receive expert advice, education, and practical strategies to implement your nutrition plan effectively. This includes guidance on meal prep, nutrient timing, and improving metabolic health, with customised meal plans if requested.
During the off-season, we focus on optimising your metabolism and body composition to set you up for a successful competition prep when the time comes.
weekly posing
Posing is an integral skill for showcasing your physique on stage and can make a significant difference in how your hard work is presented. Your coach will guide you through posing techniques specific to your competition category, ensuring you feel confident and polished.
For off-season clients aiming to compete in the future, we can incorporate posing practice into your routine to build confidence and refine your stage presence well in advance.

This is the big day! Your coach will provide backstage help at local shows.

Navigating through the post-comp period can be tough for all competitors regardless of experience level, therefore your coach will be there for you every step of the way! It is our top priority to ensure you have a smooth transition from your competition season into your next improvement season, and we will work closely alongside you to set new goals and prioritise mental and physical health.
