Save Money AND Macros!
When setting out to achieve a health and fitness goal, most of us are willing to financially invest in methods that can make the process more efficient and enjoyable. In the case of food selection, this might entail purchasing more expensive items that contain less calories and are more volumous than their original replicates.
In this instance it could be worth the trade-off, because if you pay more, you (asuumeingly) get more bang for your buck (less calories, more volume). However, when it comes to dieting, we would argue no one likes to pay more to receive MORE calories and LESS volume!
This post makes it apparent that regular foods are indeed capable of their own hacks and can trump diet foods.
