Restricting energy intake and demonstrating discipline and self control = EASIER SAID THAN DONE!

Most people can’t consistently adhere to a strict dieting phase for six days… let alone six months!

Therefore, it’s highly ambitious for first-time bodybuilding competitors to assume they can execute the dieting component of their prep with gold stars if they haven’t been exposed to periods of chronic energy restriction prior.

This is why it’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for competitors to build the skill of dieting during their improvement seasons BEFORE they commit to stepping on stage.

Doing so will demonstrate to the athlete and their coach that they have what it takes to successfully conduct a competition prep without major deviations from their plan.
