High Protein Chocolate Cake Recipe

4 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE PROTEIN CAKE

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ”น 30g Vanilla WPI
๐Ÿ”น 100g Plain Wholemeal Flour
๐Ÿ”น 1 Medium Banana (60-80g will do)
๐Ÿ”น 10g raw cocoa powder
๐Ÿ”น 600ml Room Temperature Water

Simply combine all ingredients in a large bowl, blend thoroughly with a stick blender, then microwave for 5-9 minutes! Once cooked you can enjoy it by itself, or sprinkle with your favourite toppings. Here I added cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, dark chocolate and a dash of salt

Without the addition of toppings and using a 80g banana, the macros for this cake are 39g Protein, 82g Carb, 5g Fat and 13g fibre!

Itโ€™s can be enjoyed fresh and hot, or refrigerated and cold โ€“ both are equally delicious and nutritious! I encourage you to be creative with the toppings and discover your favourite combinations, and also the addition of cinnamon to the cake batter is heavenly
